Upstream Operating Licensee Onboarding

Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021 Regulatory Clearance

Pursuant to Section 7 of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021 and Upstream Petroleum Safety Regulations (UPSR), onboarding for Operating Companies (Holders of OML, OPL, PPL, PML, or Marginal Field Grants) is subject to pre-verification by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC).

Required Documentation for Access Grant:

Certified True Copy of Upstream Concession / Asset License Grant (OML, OPL, PPL, PML, or Farm-out Agreement).
Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Status Report / Certificate of Incorporation.
Corporate Tax Identification Number (TIN) Verification.
Official Letter of Request signed by the Corporate Secretary or Authorized HSE Director, issued from your corporate domain.

Upon regulatory verification, an authorized NUPRC compliance administrator will dispatch a cryptographically signed, restricted invitation link to your designated corporate email.
